How does the order process work?
- When you see an item you want to buy, select, color, size and quantity click on the "Add To
Cart" button. This places the item in an electronic shopping cart.
- This takes you to a page showing what is in your shopping cart. You can finalize your order
or change quantity at this time. Or you can click on the <<continue shopping button and add more items to your shopping cart.
- When you’ve completed adding items to your shopping cart, click on proceed to checkout>> button.
- Just follow the prompts and enter the required information needed to process your order.
- Review to make sure all is correct and click on submit order.
- You will then receive a confirmation order page you can print and a follow up confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided.

Are credit card transactions on The Mood Shirt safe?
Absolutely! In fact, it's statistically safer to use your credit card over the Internet than in a
restaurant or department store. The Mood Shirt' servers use Secure Sockets
Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that works with Netscape Navigator,
Microsoft Internet Explorer and AOL's browser so that only The Mood Shirt can
read a buyer's personal information.

How can someone give gifts or ship to my work address?
The Mood Shirt shoppers can ship gifts directly to their loved ones or their work address! During the
Checkout process, simply enter the information into the shipping address screen
that comes up when checking out. Then just make sure your credit card billing
address appears on the bill to section and then fill out the shipping address
information.

Does The Mood Shirt charge sales tax?
State laws require a Florida-based business (such as The Mood Shirt) to collect sales tax on orders
shipped to delivery addresses in Florida. In our case, the amount of sales
tax collected is based on the tax rate for the County of Broward, Florida. We are currently not
required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to residents of any other
states.

Washing Instructions for girls baby tees?
The Mood Shirt’s girls baby tees are made with 100% preshrunk combed cotton
knit fabric. Expect about 5-7% shrinkage after normal wash. Wash warm, dry low.
Although you should not expect any significant fading, wash colors separately
from whites, especially on the first wash.

What does M/OS mean?
“M/OS” is our Medium One Size. This size fits women sizes 0 through 8. Our
“L” (Large) fits women sizes 8-14.

If I place my order today, when will it ship?
All orders for standard UPS delivery placed before 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the same day with the condition that the order is credit
approved. Next day orders must be placed before 3:00pm

How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping costs vary based on weight and delivery method. The minimum amount to ship one, package (1.44
lbs) rounded to 2 lbs. Your shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
In addition to the charges calculated during your checkout, there are certain addresses where we
assess a surcharge due to our increased cost of shipping and processing.
